SPO list item does not show the update history of the versions.

We have an issue with one of the SPO list library where items do not show the history of the versions. The version are available but the last changesVersion.jpg are not showing. Please check the attached file. Kindly help with the cause of the issue.

Hi @Ajaz Khan ,

Do you mean that these two versions 12.0,11.0 don't have column specific change descriptions like 10.0 and 9.0?

The description in the red box below is the column value of the file that is changed during the file check out, and then after the check in, the description is displayed below the version. If no changes are made during the check out period, the description will not be displayed.

That is correct. the version 8, 9 and 10 have description while the latest one don't. The versions 11 and 12 were also changed but there is no description on it. Wanted know the reason for it. Also if there is any document available to explain the same. Thanks again

I am adding another example here. I added a user in the V5 file under user column. This change is showing in the version history but when I added or removed an attachment in the attachment column. It does not display in the history. Both user and attachment are columns so why we see different behavior in the version history. Please check the attachedVersion history.jpg file.
