    Hi Ehan Ahmed,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I appreciate your inquiry regarding the issue with your sandbox not allowing you to create a virtual machine (VM).

Here are some suggestions that may help you resolve the problem:

    1.Sandbox Limits

    • Please double-check your usage quota for sandboxes.
    • There is a daily limit of 20 sandboxes. If you've reached that limit, you may need to wait until the next day or reactivate an existing sandbox.

    2.Troubleshooting Steps

Let's go through some basic troubleshooting steps that might help resolve the issue:

    • Sign Out and Clear Cache: Close all browser tabs, clear your cache, and then log back into the platform using your Learn ID credentials.
    • Incognito/Private Window: Try logging in through an incognito or in-private window to avoid any caching issues.
    • Different Browser: Switch to a different browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, or Edge) and attempt to log in again.

I will suggest you review sandbox FAQ: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/support/faq?pivots=sandbox

If you continue to experience issues, please feel free to reach out for further assistance. We're here to help!
