Did you run wsusutil reset on BOTH servers? Online first and THEN the downstream.

This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I have two WSUS servers: one outside the domain with an internet connection and another WSUS server internally in the domain with access to the online WSUS server. The domain WSUS is in replica mode. Currently, both WSUS servers can see the computers and the updates needed. However, on the Windows 10 client, I have 2 updates in the state "Downloading," but the progress remains at 0%.
In the wsuscontent
on the online WSUS, I do not have the files for these updates. I have already executed wsusutil reset
, but the issue persists.

Hello,
Delete Download Cache: On the affected clients, you can try deleting the download cache. Stop the Windows Update service, delete the contents of “C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download”, and then start the service again.
You could manually download the problematic updates from the Microsoft Update Catalog and import them into WSUS. This way, you can ensure that the updates are available for clients to install. To do this, search for the updates on the Microsoft Update Catalog website, download the appropriate versions, and then import them through the WSUS console.
Best Regards,
Hania Lian
