Custom Speech Training stuck on "processing" since 4 days

I trained four custom speech recognition models for the locales de-DE, fr-FR, en-GB, pl-PL (on Friday the 15th) in the Speech Studio but they are stuck on "processing" since then. How can I solve this issue? It's really an urgent matter.
Unfortunately, I'm still waiting for permission to create a support request.

May I know the pricing tier and the Azure resource region you are working on?
Have you checked the training data limits? For example: Audio files longer than 40 seconds, only the corresponding text from the transcription files is used for training. If all audio files are longer than 40 seconds, the training fails.

Yes, I've been training the same models since 2 years. I'm not using audio files. Only structured text and text data.
