SMS_EXECUTIVE services is not starting in SCCM console SCCM2403

Question

SMS_EXECUTIVE services is not starting in SCCM console. we are getting error communicating with the component.

1. Start SCCM Console and go to Monitoring.
2. Go to Overview > System Status > Site Status.
3. On the Top menu, click Start button and click Configuration Manager Service Manager, check if you can find SMS_EXECUTIVE?
