Subject: Issue with Microsoft Student Discount and Survey Access for Exam Scheduling

Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out because I am experiencing two issues when trying to schedule my Microsoft Exam:

1. I am unable to access the survey option where I can edit my interests and career paths, which I believe is part of the process.
2. Despite having a valid edu domain email address and fulfilling all the necessary eligibility criteria, I am unable to apply the Microsoft Student Discount when registering for my exam.

Could you please assist me in resolving these issues so I can successfully schedule my exam and apply the student discount?
