Our resource has been temporarily blocked with an Error 403, citing a potential violation of the content policy. However, we're confident that we haven't generated any unsafe or improper content.

Error message received: openai.PermissionDeniedError: Error code: 403 - {'error': {'code': 'Forbidden', 'message': 'Your resource has been temporarily blocked because we detected behavior that may violate our content policy. For more details on Azure OpenAI service content policy, please visit https://aka.ms/aoaicodeofconduct'}}

This block is occurring across all models we use, including GPT-3.5, GPT-4, and GPT-4o-mini. We've carefully reviewed our recent interactions and can confirm that we haven't generated or requested any content that could be considered unsafe or improper.

We'd greatly appreciate any insights from the community or Azure support on resolving this issue. Thank you in advance for your help!

    Hi @Zhangcan Ding

    Most likely you need to raise a ticket with Azure support team and provide them with Apim-request-id that should be in your Azure OpenAI response's header. They will be able to investigate the issue further and provide a reason. You can report the issue by following these steps:

    1. Go to the Azure portal and navigate to your resource.
    2. Click on the "Support + troubleshooting" tab.
    3. Fill out the required information, including a detailed description of the issue and any steps you have taken to troubleshoot it.
    4. Submit the support request.
