View or download detailed usage data like resource name, type, region, and cost via microsoftazuresponsorships.com or the link on the homepage of Founders Hub.

You can also view why from your cost analysis. In the Azure portal, navigate to Cost Management + Billing > Cost Management > Cost analysis. Here, you can analyze your spending patterns and identify any anomalies.

Anomaly detection is available in Cost analysis smart views when you select a subscription scope. You can view your anomaly status as part of Insights.

@Kevin As mentioned by akinbade abiola, you can check your balance and usage details from https://www.microsoftazuresponsorships.com/. If you see any discrepancies with the billing/charges, feel free to contact Azure billing team by raising a support request. The ticket enables you to work closely with the support engineers and get a quick resolution to your issue.

Here is the link - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/supportability/how-to-create-azure-support-request to create support case.

FYI: Azure Billing and Subscription Management support is included in the Basic Support Plan without any charge.
