Azure AI Service is not available in the Southeast Asia region

I would like to create Azure AI services in the Southeast Asia region, but they are not available. This issue occurs with my Azure Visual Studio Enterprise subscription. If I use a Pay-As-You-Go subscription, I can find Azure AI services in the Southeast Asia region.

My Azure Visual Studio Enterprise subscription has the right to access the Southeast Asia region. I can create other Azure AI single services in the Southeast Asia region, such as Computer Vision, Speech, Language, etc. However, Azure AI services are not showing up.

Why is Azure AI services region availability different between the Azure Visual Studio Enterprise subscription and the Pay-As-You-Go subscription?

I understand as you explain, but I am a bit curious because I did not find Azure AI Service under East Asia and Southeast Asia.

if I try to create a single Azure AI service such as "Language service", I can create it in the East Asia and Southeast Asia regions. If Azure Visual Studio Enterprise subscription wants to set limitations or lower priority, why is it not the same for all AI services?

Thank you for pointing that out. It's possible that the East Asia and Southeast Asia regions are not currently available for the Azure AI services under any subscription type. While single services like Custom Vision are available, the Azure AI services suite may have regional restrictions due to capacity or strategic deployment.
