We have been developing product and been saving Azure Credit for launching on Dec and likely hit the 50% mark before our Dec 18 credit end. I just discovered the 45-day review rule. How would we we get Microsoft to review our case and extend the credit to the next tier.

Thanks

@Tuan Dinh Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Forum, Thank you for posting your query here!

To qualify for an extension of your Azure credits, you'll need to reach the next level based on your current level by meeting the following criteria:

    • Your business must be a verified legal entity.
    • At least 50% of those credits must be used.
    • Your business must have a verified domain.
    • You must provide a business contact email.
    • You must submit a product demo video.
    • You must add a new team member to your account.

Sign in to Founders Hub and visit the Home page to complete the tasks in your verification checklist and submit your request.

Your account will be reviewed about 45 days before your credits expire. If all requirements are met and your account is approved, you’ll automatically receive additional credits and program time.

In your case is getting automatically reviewed. The review would be completed prior to their credits expiring. There isn’t a way to expedite the process
