Microsoft 365 Copilot is not explicitly included in the Microsoft 365 Personal subscription. However, you can pair your Microsoft 365 Personal or Family subscription with a Copilot Pro subscription to unlock Copilot capabilities in your favorite Microsoft 365 desktop apps, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote.

Trouble accessing Copilot with your Microsoft 365 Personal subscription. Here are a few possible reasons why Copilot might not be showing up in your online and desktop apps:

Subscription Plan: Microsoft 365 Copilot is typically available for business and enterprise subscriptions. Personal subscriptions might not include access to Copilot features

License Assignment: Ensure that your Microsoft 365 account has the appropriate license assigned. Sometimes, even if you have the right subscription, the license might not be correctly assigned to your account

Feature Availability: Copilot features are being rolled out gradually and might not be available in all regions or for all users at the same time. It's possible that the feature hasn't been enabled for your account yet

Updates: Make sure your Microsoft 365 apps are up to date. Sometimes, new features like Copilot require the latest version of the software
