I access MS 365 and the OneNote software through my email, website and domain service provider, GoDaddy. I recently bought a new computer and in the process of installing MS 365 on the New Computer, My access to MS OneNote Section Groups, Sections, Notes and Pages disappeared for certain important section groups (not all).
I was formerly signed up as a Home User and GoDaddy Support desk said that the loss of access was related to the fact that I was a Home User. The recommendation was to upgrade to a Business User MS 365 license, which I did do..
This has not worked.
Interestingly, on my Old Computer, signed into through the same GoDaddy domain service provider and email account, I can access all Section Groups, Sections, Notes, and Pages, including those missing on the new computer.
And as a last fact, I have checked under File on the menu bar, which takes you directly to a "Settings" button for each Notebook and also provides the link to the location where the Notebook Section Groups, Sections, Notes, and Pages are stored. (Mine are stored on One Drive). This link is the same for both the old and new computer. But again - the New computer is missing many OneNote Section Groups, Sections, Notes, and Pages.
Any ideas on how to fix this lack of access?
Thank you
Jeff
