this Deploying web app issue coming in every times even web app has already been deleted: Deploying the web app takes a few minutes. You can view the status on the Deployments tab.
Please provide me any solution on this.

The issue you're encountering might be related to chat history settings in Azure AI Studio. Enabling chat history creates a Cosmos DB instance in your resource group, which is not automatically deleted when the web app is removed. To resolve this, you need to manually delete the Cosmos DB instance from the Azure Portal. If you delete the Cosmos DB but keep chat history enabled in the studio, users will see a connection error, though they can still use the web app without access to the chat history. Ensure both the web app and associated resources are deleted to fully resolve the issue.

@santoshkc Thank you for your response. I have already deleted all the services (Entra ID, Cosmos, Search, and Blob) that were connected to the app service, but I am still seeing the same message: "Deploying the web app takes a few minutes. You can view the status on the Deployments tab."
Could you please suggest any other workaround for this issue? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

try clearing all your cookies from the browser history. you may also need to delete cached files as well.
