The error may be related to your Microsoft Edge.
Please open your Control Panel > Uninstall a program > search “Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime” > right-click on it > Change > Repair.
Then, restart your computer and go to retry the installation.
If it doesn’t work, I would suggest you reinstall the Microsoft Edge using the latest version. Or report a new question in Microsoft Edge to first solve the Microsoft Edge error.
You can also consider reinstalling Windows, which may resolve your issue faster.
