    I have the same error too after the last update from windows. And I don't know how to get rid of this.

    The DDLM is part of the redistributable. However, it isn't as easy as just getting the latest version.

    The DDLM is tied to the version of the Windows App SDK, and since nobody mentioned what version of the Windows App SDK they are using then it isn't possible to direct anyone to the correct version.

    The 1.6 downloads can be found here, and the archives for the older versions can be found here.

    There is an important point to make. The NuGet package corresponding to .1.6.2 was delisted from NuGet. So if the application is using 1.6 and the Windows App SDK was recently updated to 1.6.2, try removing 1.6.2 and then install 1.6.1.
