The action function when closing the lid stopped working

Hi, very strange problem, made an Intune configuration for Windows and after applying it, the action when closing the lid stops working. This functionality is configured, it is applied, there are no conflicts, you can see in Windows that the parameter is set correctly, right now it is sleep. But as soon as you close the lid, the screen goes blank, lift it up and there is no sleep or lock screen. Setting the shutdown also does not give any results. There were attempts to use powershell, oma-uri to force action setting, the function is set in the control panel, but the action does not happen. Can you tell me what the problem may be? It should work like this: I close the lid-sleep/lock the screen to enter the password.
