I was trying to access a group's files tab when the error showed up.

When I´m trying to access to the files of a Subsite, it appears to me the next error:
PrefetchFailure (3001000,invalid_client)

Yes, I am accessing the Company's group as an External User, which is why I have to use Teams in an incognito window. The issue only happens to me because I am the only one accessing as an external user.
However, the problem only occurs when I enter the Files tab; in the rest of the group's tabs, I have no issues.

Please contact the administrator of the organization that the team belongs to to go to the SharePoint Admin Center to enable external sharing for you.
SharePoint Admin Center > Policies > Sharing, select "More external sharing settings". There is a checkbox to restrict external sharing by domain. Add the external domain to this field.

Sorry for the delay. We are investigating whether the error is caused by modifications to the server where the files were saved, which may be impeding personnel outside the company from accessing it.
However, we haven’t been able to access the SharePoint admin center.

The SharePoint Admin Center can only be accessed by users with administrator permissions. Please contact the administrator to perform these operations for you.
