TypeError When Requesting GH - Copilot Application

When trying to request the application, the following error is encountered, as shown in the attached image.

    I understand that when you're trying to add the GH - Copilot application, you encounter a Type Error with the message: "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'approver')." This error usually indicates that the application is attempting to access a property for which you don't have the necessary permissions. Some applications may require administrator approval before they can be added, and in such cases, The app won't appear on the Apps page until it has been added and approved by the administrator.
