Hi,

Office 365 license is a subscription license, if you want to install Visio 2016 in the same PC with Office 365, you need to install one-time purchase Visio 2016. Did you have the Product key for Visio 2016?

I have gone through all these options but they do not provide a solution. I had Visio Pro 2016 and Office 2016 pro on my old Dell PC, which is end of life. I now want to use Visio 2016 Pro on my HP laptop with a Microsoft 386 subscription, only the download version was x86 that I picked up from Microsoft. Now the installer asks for the 64bit version and I must have that via a link, etc. In my Microsoft account I no longer see the history of the software packages with licenses from before 2019.  So I would like to see a solution to do a new download of Microsoft 64bit version Visio Pro 2026, which I paid for. thx

I found the solution by choosing to register a new Visio/Office 2016 software license under my account, entering my key and then I was given the choice to download 64Bit. The installation then went automatically and in addition to my Microsoft 386 family, Visio/Office 2016 now also runs on my laptop.
