    @Balwant Singh Chouhan

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A and thank you for posting your questions here.

please check the below steps and confirm us

    1. Restart Network Resources
    • Restart the device you are trying to access (like a shared folder or printer).
    • Restart your computer to refresh the network connection.
    1. Check Network Connections
    • Ensure that all network cables are securely connected and not damaged.
    • If using Wi-Fi, confirm that your device is within range of the router and that the signal is strong.
    1. Disable Firewall/Antivirus Temporarily
    • Sometimes, security software can block network access. Temporarily disable your firewall or antivirus and check if the issue persists. If it resolves the issue, consider adjusting the settings to allow access.
    1. Enable SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support
    • Go to Control Panel > Programs > Turn Windows features on or off.
    • Check the box for SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support and restart your computer.
    1. Update Network Adapter Drivers
    • Open Device Manager (right-click on the Start button).
    • Expand Network adapters, right-click your adapter, and select Update driver.
    1. Run System File Checker
    • Open Command Prompt as an administrator.
    • Type sfc /scannow and press Enter. This will check for and repair any corrupted system files.
    1. Map Network Drive Using IP Address

Instead of using the network name, try mapping the drive using the IP address:

    • Open File Explorer > This PC > Map Network Drive.
    • Enter the path as \\IP_address\shared_folder.
    1. Check Network Services

Ensure that the Workstation and Server services are running:

    • Search for Services in the taskbar.
    • Locate Workstation and Server, ensure they are set to Automatic and are running.

Hope this helps. Do let us know if you any further queries..
