We are members of Microsoft's startup program, through which we have the ability to use free credits from them.

We received these credits from Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub, and to receive these credits, we specified the address of the account that got blocked. [because we have debt on it, before startup hub connection there rise DEBT!]

Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding, and we thought the subscription was active and we didn't have any outstanding payments. What can we do now? We created a new Microsoft Azure portal account, but we can't transfer the free credits there, and it tells us that these credits are already being used on another account (the one that got blocked). When I go to Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub and go to the benefits section, Azure shows as "Redeemed" meaning it has been used once (on the blocked account).

I really don't know what to do, our whole startup infrastructure is on AZURE! Support is sending me template emails "that our account is closed!"

Can someone help me?
