Pearson Vue Online reschedule issue

Question

Approximately fifteen days ago, I successfully rescheduled my AZ-104 exam from November 13, 2024, to November 28, 2024, at 10:30 AM. This new date was correctly reflected on my Microsoft Learn profile.

However, I noticed this evening that the rescheduled date has disappeared from my Microsoft profile. Additionally, I received emails from Pearson VUE (i did not check my email box for a week) indicating that my exam is still scheduled for the original date of November 13, 2024!!!, and I am unable to modify it.

I contacted Pearson Vue by email but still no response.
