How to send outlook calendar invite through SharePoint server 2019?

I use SharePoint server 2019, an on-premises outlook and SharePoint workflow 2010.

I have a SharePoint form that collects meeting room booking data. When the form is submitted, I want to send an outlook calendar invite to all the users.

Through SharePoint workflow 2010, I can only send an email template. how can I send an outlook calendar invite to participants?

    There is no OOB way to send out meeting invites from SharePoint to outlook. You could refer to the similar issue with yours:
