Ringing call sound is not heard

Hi, Using Azure communication SDK services using PSTN calling SDK, there is no sound heard suddenly when initiating call in ringing mode eg: Tring tring. This was happening but suddenly found not working as of today. Audio output is fine and can be heard when the recipient answers the device. Have tried with different carrier phone numbers and result is same as above issue. Any pointers will help please.
