In Azure Logic App, all Cosmos DB actions keep loading and never finishes

In the Azure Logic App designer, the Cosmos DB action is not loading correctly. When attempting to add or view existing Cosmos DB actions, only a loading spinner appears, and the action itself does not fully render. This issue has been ongoing, affecting both newly added actions and previously configured Cosmos DB actions within the Logic App.
