Urgent Help Needed: Tenant Lockout - Conditional Access Policy
We have been unable to access our tenant for nearly three days now due to a problematic Conditional Access policy. During this time, we've engaged in numerous conversations with various Microsoft support representatives and technicians. Unfortunately, none of them have fully grasped the nature of the issue or been able to resolve it. Each interaction has either led to our case being transferred to a different team or left us waiting for follow-up calls that are promised within 2-3 hours but never materialize.
We are fully aware of the root cause and the necessary steps to resolve it, but we require assistance from the Data Protection team to implement the fix. Given the severe impact this issue is having and the slow pace of progress through standard support channels, we are urgently seeking their attention through this forum. We've observed that other cases shared here have received a faster response.
