Azure Red Hat OpenShift fixed pricing

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for an OpenShift solution with fixed, predictable monthly pricing. I came across the Azure Red Hat OpenShift offering, which seems to have a reserved option. Can anyone confirm if this option ensures a fixed monthly cost? Ideally, I'd like to pay a set fee each month—preferably at the beginning of the billing cycle—and have the system stop any resource usage that exceeds limits to avoid overages. This would include bandwidth, storage, and any other resources; I’d like to avoid any pay-as-you-go charges entirely.

Is it possible to configure Azure OpenShift with a reserved plan and enforce spending limits on additional resources?
