    Hi Pitchayakorn Yimyam,

Thanks for Reaching the Microsoft Q&A Forum.

Ensure that the large files may take longer to process, and certain formats (like PDFs) have been known to cause issues. Ensure your documents meet the required specifications for Azure Translator, which supports various formats including HTML, PDF, documents

If your files are particularly large, consider splitting them into smaller parts.

Sometimes, the upload process may not provide immediate feedback. You can check the status of your document uploads by navigating to the document overview section in the Azure Custom Translator portal. If documents do not appear after a reasonable wait time, this might indicate a problem with the upload process itself.

Ensure that your Azure Blob Storage account has the correct permissions set up. The Translator service needs "Storage Blob Data Contributor" role access to read from and write to the storage containers.

If you encounter persistent issues, try using different web browsers or clearing your browser's cache.

    Thank you
