Hello,
I have been using OneNote for many years on my PC and phone.
I use OneDrive as the default location to store files online in case of a local failure.
About a month ago, a synchronization error appeared:
"This section was created in an older version of OneNote and is incompatible with your cloud notebook. (Error code: 0xE40200C4)"
I don't have, and I don't want, MS365. I use Office Professional Plus 2021.
The default format in OneNote is: "OneNote 2010-2016 notebook format".
The Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021 is up to date.
Also, I am logged in both the Onedrive and MS Office.
My OneDrive free space is also enough for the use of what I need.
I noticed that a few notebooks are missing on the OneNote website. I hadn’t checked it before because I primarily use the OneNote app locally on my computer and phone. The content on OneDrive online has all the notebook folders, and they are even being updated regularly. However, for some reason, I still see a synchronization error. On my phone, the app has stopped syncing, and the data on the phone is outdated.
When trying to open OneNote files on website from OneDrive folder then appear an error page:
"Sorry, something went wrong
An error has occurred on the server.

Is there any solution for the issue?
Kind regards,
