We checked your profile on our end, you have been assigned to the 5k credit. It looks like that screenshot just tracks usage which also matches what's on your startup profile.
I'm assuming that you must have accidentally created a new subscription that has no usage so far. The easiest solution would be to delete that subscription that you aren't using (the second one that has $0).
Regarding your concern about having a 1k credit previously and now has been assigned to 5k tier - when you subscription gets more credits added and it implies that you have to redeem again. Refer to the benefits FAQ - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-for-startups/get-more-benefits-faq
