Photos not opening in icloud using Windows 11

Question

I Can't understand why but out of the blue i can no longer open any of my icloud photos, error code 0x800701AA ?

Do you mean the photos on "OneDrive" cannot be viewed?

Have you tried to view photos from OneDrive online and local OneDrive folder?

For OneDrive Client, you may try quitting OneDrive, then reset it via command: %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset or C:\Program Files\Microsoft OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset.
