How can I change my name

Question

I have an 365 Microsoft account form an educational organisation, I want to change my display name , I tried many times depending on the answers that I found , unfortunately it doesn’t work I couldn’t find an edit name button in my dash , so now I need to change my name as soon as possible

I hope someone have the answer to that

I understand that you are trying to change your display name of your 365 Microsoft account.

1.In the admin center, go to the Users > Active user page.

2.Select your username, and then on the Account tab select Manage contact information.

3.Update the user's name and contact information and click on save changes.
