User account '[Mod Removed - PII]' from identity provider 'https://sts.windows.net/[Mod Removed]/' does not exist in tenant 'Premium Software Service' and cannot access the application 'd3590ed6-52b3-4102-aeff-aad2292ab01c'(Microsoft Office) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

    Hey there, acmlee

The error message you have posted means the account you are using to sign into the tenant is not listed on the tenant. This results in the error above.

Please can you sign out of your account and make sure you are signing into the right account. If you keep getting this error message, you will need to reach out to the administrator and ask them if they are able to add your account to their tenant via the ADD.

    Hope this helps,
    Nathan

This issue might be caused by cached identities from the previous tenant. It most commonly occurs during a tenant-to-tenant migration. To resolve this issue, remove the cached Microsoft Office account identities.

    See: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/troubleshoot/sync/sign-into-onedrive-sync-app-error?source=recommendations

If that does not resolve, Alternatively follow the steps here:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/entra/entra-id/app-integration/error-code-AADSTS50020-user-account-identity-provider-does-not-exist
