what do you do when you get the change C:PROGRAM TO C:PROGRAM1 FILE NAME WARNING?

I do see this file (not a Folder) Date modified 11/8/24 when I turned the laptop on, and don’t know what to do.

Did you recently install some software or try to create a scheduled task?

A common way for this to occur is if you ran a .bat file that tried to create a file but did not put quotes around the file name.

If quotes are not included then the file name ends with the space between program and files.

You can open the file with notepad or just use the type command to see what's in it. If it's nothing important then just delete it.
