One of our clients is experiencing a tenant lockout therefore have no access to the tenant. They buy their licenses direct with Microsoft so have no access via our partner account or reseller account. We have a ticket opened and escalated to the Data Protection Team, but judging from the forum posts this can take an extremely long time to get contacted.
Is there a way I can get assistance to get this escalated quickly, we have everything ready to prove ownership, invoices, directors readily available for a call, can add DNS records to the Domain etc.
I see a Microsoft Employee helped with a previous case here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1086624/open-case-with-data-protection-team?source=docs and it would be greatly appreciated if we could get the same sort of assistance to get the client up and running ASAP before they have to move to another provider and restore their data to the other provider.
