My azure account wasn't linked properly

I was given azure credits on my founders hub account, however on clicking "visit redemption site" on the benefits section, it takes me to a azure sign in page. I already have an azure account though but the account doesn't have an active subscription and I wasn't given a subscription ID. I need the subscription ID to use those credits. However on clicking "visit redemption site", it keeps taking me to an azure sign in page. I suspect the account wasn't linked properly. How do I unlink and relink the accounts. Please help me, I would really appreciate it

    Thanks for your question.

Looks like a possible hiccup in the redemption process. After logging in to Founders Hub, go to the 'Benefits' tab and select Redeem in the Azure sponsorship benefits section. Use your Azure subscription email when redeeming credits.

    See: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-for-startups/benefits/azure-credits-billing

If you cant still redeem, I will recommend visiting support to assist.
