I understand that you’ve been locked out of Microsoft Entra and are seeing an error message stating that your account does not exist in the tenant.
From the error message, it appears that your 'live.com' account is not registered with the 'Microsoft Services' tenant, which prevents access to the 'ADIbizaUX' application. To resolve this, the account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant, and you may need to sign out and sign back in with a different Microsoft Entra user account.
To create a new tenant, open an incognito or in-private browser window (to avoid Single Sign-On), and go to https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/free/ to create a free Azure account. When you create a new tenant, you’ll automatically become the Global Administrator of that tenant with full access to all options.
If you prefer to continue using your personal Microsoft account with Entra, you can invite your account as a guest user following these steps: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/external-identities/add-users-administrator#add-guest-users-to-the-directory and assign the Global Administrator role.
Once you accept the invite sent to your email, you can access the Entra portal to create your own tenant at https://portal.azure.com/#create/Microsoft.AzureActiveDirectory.
