When transliterating Japanese and Chinese texts, there are multiple romanization systems available.

For Chinese transliteration, some of the romanization systems are Hanyu Pinyin, Wade-Giles, and Yale. For Japanese transliteration, some of the romanization systems are Hepburn, Kunrei-shiki, and Nihon-shiki.

Which romanization system is being used for each of these when transliterating text via Azure Translator 3.0?
