Hi, @Reginaldo Silva
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
According to your description, you encountered a problem where the internal automatic reply message failed to be delivered to the distribution list, and you received a BlockedMessage; messages of this type are not delivered to groups. According to the error message, the type of message you sent will not be delivered to the distribution group. In order to find the cause of the problem more accurately, can you provide more content:
- The error message indicates that this type of message will not be delivered to the group. I want to confirm which type you sent?
- Do all internal automatic reply messages sent to the distribution list fail, or only this one message fails?
You can try the following steps to see if it is solved:
- Try to set up other types of automatic reply messages to see if you receive an error.
- When sending mail to a distribution list, when the distribution list receives the mail, it will expand the mail to each member. However, after the distribution list distributes the mail to its members, the distribution list has the behavior of "discarding mail sent to the distribution list itself". So you can confirm whether the members of the mentioned distribution list have received the automatic reply mail.
- Try to set up automatic replies using different mailboxes, and then send them to the distribution list to see if errors occur.
- Check the settings of the distribution list to see if there are restrictions that prevent automatic replies from being delivered to the list. As shown in the screenshot:
- Since you are running a hybrid setup, have you set up recipient filters in the anti-spam policy? You can check whether "Mail within the organization to take action on" is selected in the action in the anti-spam policy through the anti-spam policy page.
- Check the settings of the automatic reply to confirm whether it is enabled for internal recipients.
