Hi,
Here's what I'm using for the IPA phoneme for the Spanish name "Herrera."
/eˈreɾa/
However, the first "r" isn't rolled and the second "r" sounds like a T.
Is there another phoneme element I can use to get the rolled "r"

Thanks for reaching out to us, are you mentioning the ipa not pronouncing correctly in Text to Speech? If yes, could you please share the sound file to us or the voice you are using in Azure? In the Spanish name "Herrera," the first "r" is indeed a single tap (like the sound in the English word "butter" in American English), while the second "r" should also be a tap, not a rolled "r."

I'm using en-US-RyanMultilingualNeural. It doesn't sound right on with all of the voices, though. Unfortunately, I can't attach the mp3 sound file.
