Disable OneDrive for all users in a Win 11 desktop

Hi, I'm trying to disable OneDrive on a shared desktop because the collection of OneDrive and Sharepoint files for this dept is rather large so it hogs up all the storage. I tried disabling it from startup and settings -> startup. I would like to see if there's a way to disable for all users of this desktop instead of a per user setting. Task Manager startup did little to disable the app.
