How do I add the Outlook plugin to trusted publishers?

Hello. I installed the plugin for Outlook using the GPO.

But the first time I start, I get a notification:

Can I prevent this notification? It seems I can sign the msi package with a certificate? How can I do this?

As i know, we can add a publisher to the list of trusted publishers as mentioned in this official article: Add, remove, or view a trusted publisher. Please kindly understand that we cannot do test on the 3-ir party plugin as you are using, please refer to the official article and try the steps to check if there're any differences.
