Microsoft account deletion error

Dear Sir,
My problem is, when I log in to my account from the Delete Your Microsoft Account section to delete my Skype account and follow the steps one by one to delete my Microsoft account, I encounter the following problems.
-It says you need to leave the employment organization.
When I say go to the employment organization, I get the warning that I will share below.

The problem is that my 'Tadım Gıda Madenleri San. And Trade. Inc. I have no interest or connection with this company. When I try to log out, I get the following warning.
You cannot leave this tenant

Thank you for sharing your issue on Microsoft Q&A.I understand that you're having trouble deleting your Microsoft account because your part of an organization called "Tadım Gıda Madenleri San. And Trade. A.Ş." and need to leave it first. However, you mentioned that you have no connection or interest with this company.
Based on the error message you received; it appears you're the last administrator of the organization. so, you must delete this tenant. If you want to leave the organization, you'll need to add another global admin to the tenant first. Once that's done, you'll be able to leave the organization.
