    Hi @saleem alsaleh

Thank you for posting this in Microsoft Q&A.

I understand that you have received a message from Microsoft indicating that you need to wait until your security info updates on 12/5/2024 in order to access the Azure portal.

This message suggests that you recently requested to replace your security info, which may be the cause of the issue you are experiencing.

If you did request to replace your security info, you will need to wait until the update is complete on 12/5/2024 to access the Azure portal. In the meantime, you can be able to access other Microsoft services that do not require a security code, such as Outlook and Skype.

If you need access to the Azure portal before 12/5/2024, one option is to cancel the request to remove your security info. If you cancel the request, your current security info will remain in place, and you will not need to wait for the 30-day waiting period in order to access the Azure portal.

Hope this helps. Do let us know if you any further queries.

    Thanks,

    Navya.
