A past employee Entra ID Account was correctly deleted from our subscription, but I still can see their certification being tracked in the Microsoft Partner Center

coming here following the suggestion from a precedent post of mine in the wrong forum (https://trainingsupport.microsoft.com/en-us/mcp/forum/mcp_prof-mcp_link-mcp_mpn/an-employee-entra-id-account-was-deleted-from/f393e64e-37c4-4ed0-becb-65237fd0ab51).
To keep things short, an employee of our company had linked their MS Learn account to our Partner Center, following standard MS procedures. A couple of months ago, they have left the company and their company Entra ID profile was correctly deleted, but their MS Learn was not unlinked from the Partner Center.
As of now, I still can see their certification being listed under one of the "Skilling" section inside the MS Partner Center: how can we address this? Is the deletion of their company Entra ID really not sufficient?
