VMSS stopped suddenly doing AutoOSUpgrade

We are 3 VMSS in each env, in all env suddenly VMSS has stopped doing AutoOSUpgrade even after 12hrs of image creation.

last AutoOSUpgrade was done at oct25

Upgrade Policy mode : Rolling
