I have a problem with my sharepoint site. When I click on submit for approval the submit for approval button is popping up with two buttons and its essentially the same button. There is only one flow for this. When “Submit for approve” pops up multiple buttons underneath, the reason is because you've created multiple approval flows (although their content may be the same). @Xyza Xue_MSFT the problem here is there is only one approval flow nad checked in the power automate my flows section. But the submit for approval duplicates the same flow twice.

@Xyza Xue_MSFT the question here is I only have one approval flow in my flows section in power automate. I have checked in all environments and there is no duplicate approval flow. But the issue is submit for approval button pops up with 2 flows with same name which is one flow. Selecting either flow triggers the same approval flow once.

This is rather strange, try the following to further troubleshoot the problem.

1.Clear the browser cache, open the site collection in the Incognito window or in another browser to check whether the issue exists.

2.Log in the site collection with another account to check whether the issue exists.

@Xyza Xue_MSFT tried all the troubleshooting steps. Tried different browser cleared cache and also tried in private browser as well. And yes, it is appearing for different accounts.

Hello @Xyza Xue_MSFT yes that is working but the approval flow which was created has few custom actions. Now if I create whole new approval flow this behaviour is not observed.

Hi @Harshith Kamarapu ,

This may be a non-reproducible issue, and the current solution is to recreate a new flow. if you need to look into the root of the problem to find out the exact cause. we suggest you can create a new service request in the M365 admin center as an admin, where engineers can query the backend , which may help you find the cause.
