Receive strange requests repeatedly in Azure Web App Diagnose and solve problems

Hi recently, my web app hosted in Azure has gotten a lot of strange requests from nowhere. It happens repeatedly at 20h UTC.
I've got no idea what they are. Do they relate to some recurrent jobs of Azure?

Based on the failed request HTTP 500 status .
Internal Server Error – Typically caused by an error in server-side code.
The request was timed out by Azure App Service. Azure App Service will timeout any request that executes for 230 seconds without sending a response.

required few more details,
from when this issue occurred? previously it was working good?

I've encountered the problem for a month. An interesting thing is that those requests always occur at 20.00 UTC time every day.
I don't have the issue in other web apps that use Angular 5 as well.

In addition, I have found those requests also have failed with 4xx error.
