gpt4 turbo-2024-04-09 is down in US East region despite Azure Health saying it's up

I'm losing a lot of credits in my pipeline since Azure Health is reporting this model as working yet it's failing basic http responses. Even in the playground chatting with it generates the following error:

It sporadically seems to work. This has been occurring now for 3 hours.

Try Clear browser cache and cookies and also try using a different browser.

Hi @santoshkc thank you for the reply! Could I kindly confirm if the exact model you tried was gpt4 turbo-2024-04-09? The other models seem to be working but I use this one specifically for its image vision capabilities. The errors are occurring via the program which uses code to call the http endpoints, in postman manual queries, and also in the playground. I have also now tested it on a VPN and it's still failing.

To clarify only this specific version seems to be encountering issues right now?

Hi @santoshkc thank you. Has there been any update on this? My website has been unable to fulfill its objectives for the past 24 hours due to this service being down until now. I've just recently migrated to OpenAI Azure from OpenAI and did not encounter such an issue with OpenAI before, and I believe I may have to migrate back if this cannot be rectified as it's a critical service for my pipeline.
