    Hello Naveen Korra,

Login to the portal with your account associated and navigate to subscriptions.

From there you can be able to check your subscription status or not. This is the easiest way to tell.

Otherwise if you still need support, I will recommend you create a support request to the billing team as they can access you sub and assist you. To do this use:
    https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket

    and select billing

You can mark it 'Accept Answer' and 'Upvote' if this helped you

    Regards,

    Abiola

    Hi @Naveen Korra
Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform! Thank you for asking your question here.

Log in to the Azure Portal by going to Azure Portal and signing in with your email (korranaveen27@gmail.com).

Once you're logged in, click on "Subscriptions" in the left-hand menu.

Check if your subscription is listed there. If it is, verify whether it’s marked as Active. If it's still active, this might explain why you are receiving billing emails.

Next, go to "Cost Management + Billing" and look for any charges related to your subscription. If you see charges for a canceled subscription, that’s likely causing the billing notifications.

If you can’t find the subscription or if you're still being charged, contact Azure Support for assistance. To do this, click on "Help + Support" in the portal and select "New support request".

Choose "Billing" as the issue type and explain that you canceled the subscription, but you’re still receiving billing emails.

Azure Support will help you confirm whether your subscription was properly canceled and assist with fixing any billing issues.

If you have any further queries, do let us know
